HFC Paris Brings Haute Perfumery to the Heart of Venice

Against the cinematic backdrop of Venice, HFC Paris created an exclusive two-day experience where haute perfumery, art and movement came together overlooking the iconic St. Mark’s Square.

As Venice came alive with the glamour and creative energy of the Venice Film Festival, HFC Paris brought its distinctive olfactory universe to the heart of the city for an immersive celebration of fragrance and art.

Held on September 4 and 5, the exclusive experience welcomed international personalities, creatives and opinion leaders to discover HFC Paris and its exceptional fragrance collections in one of Venice’s most remarkable settings.

From a private terrace overlooking St. Mark’s Square, guests were invited to experience the city from a privileged perspective, with the magnificent silhouette of St. Mark’s Basilica and its iconic domes providing a spectacular backdrop.

Where Fragrance Meets Performance

At the heart of the experience was an evocative ballet performance by Andreas Geisen and Manon Boullac, transforming the Venetian setting into a dialogue between movement, architecture and scent.

As the dancers performed above one of the world’s most recognisable squares, HFC fragrances became an invisible part of the choreography, creating an olfactory dimension that extended beyond traditional perfumery.

For a fleeting moment, fragrance became performance: an unseen interplay of scent, movement and emotion suspended above the timeless heart of Venice.

The experience reflected the philosophy behind HFC Paris, a French fragrance house built on the idea that haute perfumery can exist as an art form in its own right.

The Art of Haute Perfumery

For HFC Paris, a fragrance is more than a composition of precious ingredients. It is a way of capturing an emotion, translating a story and transforming a moment into a lasting memory.

Each creation begins with an inspiration — a feeling, an encounter, a dream or a particular moment in time — before being interpreted through the expertise of an international collective of master perfumers, designers and artists.

This creative collaboration has shaped a distinctive universe in which perfume becomes deeply personal: an expression of individuality, an emotional signature and, ultimately, an invisible work of art.

The HFC Paris collection comprises more than twenty fragrances, alongside luxurious bath and body creations designed to transform everyday rituals into sensory experiences. From bold and sensual compositions to delicate, luminous interpretations, every creation reveals its own character.

A Celebration of Creativity in Venice

The two-day experience was organised in collaboration with the WIBA Awards, an international platform celebrating influential personalities, opinion leaders and creative voices from around the world.

The collaboration brought together a selected international community in Venice, creating a natural meeting point between fragrance, fashion, art and contemporary culture during one of the most important moments on the international film calendar.

Against the extraordinary backdrop of St. Mark’s Square, guests were able to discover the HFC universe through a setting conceived not simply as a brand presentation, but as an experience built around emotion, beauty and artistic expression.

A Venetian Expression of L’Art de Vivre

Venice offered a natural setting for HFC Paris — a city where beauty, craftsmanship, history and artistic expression have coexisted for centuries.

During the Venice Film Festival, when cinema and international creativity take centre stage, the House created an experience that went beyond a traditional presentation. Instead, it became a celebration of elegance, emotion and l’art de vivre.
