Chic and Charismatic: Inside the World of Iuliia Pugach The Monaco-based business owner of the jewelry brand and beauty salon, Lovit
You are considered a style icon among women who can afford to buy any outfit. How do you manage to maintain such a stylish persona in Monaco, and how much time do you dedicate to curating your wardrobe?
Fashion and style can either coexist harmoniously or diverge drastically. I’ve been passionate about fashion for a considerable period, yet my clothing preferences are diverse. More importantly, I identify myself as someone who values style and creativity over brand names. When I come across something intriguing, I immediately visualize how it can complement my wardrobe, irrespective of its age. The pivotal aspect is ensuring that the ensemble aligns with the image I have envisioned for myself.

I’m not particularly enamored with Instagram-driven fashion or trendy branded items that saturate the market. To me, true fashion transcends trends; it’s about originality and personal expression. I find inspiration in unconventional individuals and classic fashion with intricate details, reminiscent of the brilliance of designers like Galliano. Over the years, my wardrobe has evolved with unique pieces and accessories. While iconic brands like Dior and Chanel have achieved mainstream recognition, I hold a special fondness for their earlier collections crafted by renowned designers.
Could you share your favorite clothing stores in Monaco and elaborate on them?
Shopping in Monaco offers unparalleled convenience, with stores clustered closely together, presenting an extensive array of clothing options. Over time, I’ve cultivated relationships within the industry, many of whom have been acquaintances for several years. Among the high fashion houses, I have a particular affinity for the Armani brand and their Monaco store. The welcoming ambiance and attentive team never fail to inspire me to curate chic ensembles. Additionally, I recently discovered the Allure boutique on Cap Ferrat, which boasts a stunning selection of leading fashion brands such as Attico, Magda Butrym, Alessandra Rich, Giuseppe di Morabito, and Mugler. These brands epitomize elegance, sensuality, and casual sophistication, catering to diverse tastes and budgets.

What brands do you hold in high regard?
I don’t confine myself to specific brands. I was captivated by Anthony Vaccarello’s early work, which propelled him to prominence at YSL. The flawless reinterpretation of the iconic Elsa Schiaparelli has been a standout feature of recent fashion weeks, and I fervently hope this fashion house preserves its distinctiveness. As for brands that have earned a place in my wardrobe, they include Alessandra Rich, Khaite, Magda Butrym, Hermes, and YSL.
How much emphasis do you place on self-care, and could you enlighten us about any cutting-edge beauty technologies?
Self-care is an integral aspect of my daily routine, especially given my involvement in the beauty salon business. Following a recent congress in Monaco, I encountered a groundbreaking innovation in the beauty industry – Exosomes. This revolutionary procedure for facial, neck, and décolleté care has garnered significant attention and is poised to become one of the most sought-after treatments for both women and men in the years to come.
Where in Monaco do you prefer to spend your weekends?
Monaco’s allure has always captivated me, offering delightful experiences throughout the year. Whether it’s relishing beachside dining in winter or summer, enjoying quality time with friends, or simply basking in the positive vibes, Monaco never ceases to enchant. Whether dining at quaint street-side eateries or immersing oneself in the ambiance of renowned establishments like Hotel de Paris or the newly discovered Amazonico, Monaco presents a myriad of options to savor during the weekends.
