Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, the restaurant is considered one of Courchevel’s most prestigious establishments. The evening continued at the five-star Le Lana hotel, where Classic Caspian Caviar treated guests to the highest quality caviar. The chef at Le Saint-Nicolas restaurant curated an exclusive exotic menu, featuring a Balinese dessert as its pièce de résistance – a fresh sorbet of exotic fruits with delicate meringues and a secret magical sauce.
