Gaia Society Makes Its Côte d’Azur Debut with an Immersive Wellness Experience

Just outside Monaco, Gaia Society brought together wellness, beauty and mindful living for an intimate day at La Môme Riviera, marking the beginning of the international concept’s presence on the Côte d’Azur.

On Friday, August 28, 2026, Gaia Society made its Côte d’Azur debut with an exclusive wellness experience at La Môme Riviera. Set against the Mediterranean landscape just outside Monaco, the event welcomed around thirty guests for a day dedicated to movement, beauty, recovery and a more conscious approach to modern living.

The intimate gathering marked a natural first step into the region for Gaia Society, an international concept creating curated wellness experiences in destinations around the world.

“It was a very special day for us because Monaco and its surrounding areas represent so many of the values that are at the heart of GAIA — elegance, international energy, beauty and a strong appreciation for quality of life,” said Aleksandra Ivanovic, co-founder of Gaia Society. “Seeing our concept come to life here, and watching the guests connect with the experience, was incredibly rewarding. For us, it was not simply an event, but the beginning of GAIA’s presence in the Monaco community.”

A New Approach to the Wellness Experience

At the heart of Gaia Society is the idea that well-being extends far beyond a single treatment, workout or beauty ritual. Instead, the company brings different dimensions of contemporary wellness together within one immersive experience, introducing guests to emerging practices, products and ideas in carefully selected settings.

For its first Côte d’Azur edition, La Môme Riviera provided a fitting backdrop. Surrounded by sea and nature, the venue was privatised for the occasion, allowing the programme to unfold in an intimate and highly personalised atmosphere.

“We are building an international wellness society that brings together people who value health, beauty, movement, longevity and meaningful connections,” explained Katarina Bajic, co-founder of Gaia Society. “Monaco and the Riviera have a very unique lifestyle that naturally reflects these values. At the same time, the international community here makes it an ideal meeting point for GAIA members and partners from different parts of the world.”

From Pilates to Beauty and Recovery

The programme was conceived as a journey through some of the most prominent areas shaping today’s wellness landscape.

Guests began with movement, taking part in a professionally led Pilates session focused on mobility, balance and strength. The relaxed setting transformed the practice into an opportunity to disconnect from the pace of everyday life while reconnecting with the body.

Recovery and relaxation experiences complemented the movement programme, while beauty and skincare formed another central part of the day. Guests were introduced to a selection of products, technologies and specialised treatments presented by wellness professionals and brand representatives.

Rather than simply showcasing new products, the format encouraged participants to experience them first-hand, ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the innovations influencing the beauty and wellness industries.

The day also created space for conversation and connection. Content creators, influencers, industry professionals, brand representatives and wellness enthusiasts gathered in a relaxed environment where networking developed organically alongside the programme.

“For GAIA, well-being is holistic. It goes far beyond fitness or beauty — it is about how we move, recover, nourish ourselves and care for our body, but also how we connect with ourselves and with others,” said Katarina Bajic. “Ultimately, GAIA is about inspiring people not only to feel better today, but to embrace a more conscious, balanced and enjoyable way of living for the long term.”

Wellness as a Lifestyle

This holistic philosophy reflects a wider evolution in the wellness sector, where the focus is increasingly shifting from isolated treatments towards longevity, prevention and sustainable lifestyle choices.

Gaia Society seeks to translate this approach into experiences that feel less like traditional events and more like temporary escapes from everyday routines. Movement, recovery, skincare, nutrition, education and social connection are brought together under one concept, giving guests the opportunity to discover practices they may choose to incorporate into their daily lives.

The deliberately limited number of participants was an important part of the inaugural Riviera edition. With approximately thirty guests, the event maintained a sense of exclusivity while allowing for genuine interaction between attendees, experts and participating brands.

“What sets GAIA apart is our commitment to creating a complete experience rather than a single activity — from Pilates and recovery to beauty, longevity and meaningful connections over lunch,” said Aleksandra Ivanovic. “Every element was designed to help guests feel good and discover new approaches to wellness. Seeing them fully immerse themselves in the experience confirmed that GAIA has truly found its place here.”

What Comes Next for Gaia Society

Following the positive reception of its first Côte d’Azur gathering, Gaia Society is already looking ahead. The company plans to return to Monaco in October as it continues developing its international programme of wellness experiences.

For a region where luxury is increasingly associated not only with what one owns, but with how one lives, the arrival of Gaia Society feels particularly timely. Its first Riviera edition offered a glimpse of a concept built around a distinctly contemporary idea of luxury: time, health, balance and meaningful connection.
