Monaco Launches the 360° Code of Ethical Respect: A Global Alliance for the Earth

Indigenous wisdom meets modern governance in a historic summit for systemic change

The Principality of Monaco has become the birthplace of a new international movement for peace and respect for life, with the official launch of the 360° Code of Ethical Respect — The Sacred Code of the Earth.

The unveiling took place during the first Summit of Ancestral Wisdom, founded and led by Isabella Vieira (Nawa Siá), and brought together Indigenous leaders, institutional partners, and change-makers from around the world.

The event opened with a Sacred Fire Ceremony, honoring the four directions and invoking the ancient prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor — calling for the union of the North’s science and technology with the South’s ancestral wisdom to restore balance between humanity and the Earth.

The activation was guided by Isabella Vieira, alongside Wanka Inti, Grand Spiritual Counselor of the Andes, and Witxo Fulni-ô, official representative of the union of five Indigenous nations of Brazil. Joining remotely from their sacred lands were Mindahi Bastida (Otomi-Toltec, Mexico), Imish Kuj (Maya Nation), and Chief Ninawa Inu Huni Kui (Brazilian Amazon), underscoring the global reach of this alliance.

Monaco’s Endorsement and Global Support

The Summit was honored by Fabrice Notari, President of the Commission for External Relations of Monaco’s National Council, who highlighted the principality’s commitment to peace, consciousness, and planetary responsibility.

The Kate Powers Foundation, represented by Karen Bond, also offered its support:

“Kate Powers dedicated her life to bringing people together through consciousness, kindness, and respect for life. What opened today in Monaco continues that legacy — a path where heart, truth, and commitment become forces for transformation.” — Karen Bond

For Isabella Vieira, the world’s challenges stem not from nature’s imbalance but from humanity’s disconnection from it.

“It is not the planet that is in crisis — it is humanity. The Earth always knows how to regenerate.
The question is: will we remember how to be a people of the Earth?”— Isabella Vieira (Nawa Siá)

The 360° Code of Ethical Respect aims to rebuild that connection by integrating memory, respect, and living wisdom into education and governance systems worldwide.

Two cornerstone projects will anchor the Code’s global rollout:

  • The University of the Forest, co-created in the Amazon with Chief Ninawa Inu Huni Kui, will serve as the first living academic center founded on Indigenous wisdom and ecological protection.

  • The Center for Systemic Change in Cambridge, uniting experts in educational transformation, will embed the 360° Code into leadership and policymaking programs.

“For over 30 years, world leaders have met at COP conferences — negotiating over negotiations, yet failing to protect life. It’s time to educate leaders who know how to respect, not just decide.” — Cindy Forde, University of Cambridge

The inaugural Code recognizes the essential role of Indigenous guardians in protecting the Earth, memory, and human identity. It marks the beginning of a global movement reconnecting humanity with its living heritage.

“When we walk with our ancestors, we are never alone.”— Wanka Inti, Guardian of the First Code

For Indigenous representative Witxo Fulni-ô, the movement’s authenticity lies in its trust and unity:

“We have full confidence in Isabella’s work.
We represent the union of five peoples of Brazil, and she carries our voice where we cannot be heard.” — Witxo Fulni-ô

The 360° Code of Ethical Respect — The Sacred Code of the Earth aspires to become:

  • a universal ethical foundation for institutions,

  • an educational curriculum from childhood to university,

  • a moral compass for economic and political leaders,

  • and a living alliance between Indigenous peoples and modern governance.

From Monaco, a new chapter begins — one where respect becomes the universal language of the future. The Code of Respect is now in motion.
