SASS’ Returns to AlUla in Saudi Arabia for Another Unforgettable Winter Season
Last year SASS’ AlUla amazed the world with its four-month pop-up restaurant in the heart of AlUla, the most favoured destination in the Middle East, sought after by many a travel addict.
This year, the restaurant is ready to capture the hearts of its guests once again with another three-month long stay in the city. Set against the stunning backdrop of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, SASS’ AlUla treats its guests to vibrant culinary evenings under the stars from mid-November until the first week of February 2025.
Following on from the previous year’s culinary success, the restaurant will tantalise its guests with elaborate menus from their Chef from SASS’ Monaco, featuring beloved SASS’ Mediterranean classics, including an entire range of delicious homemade pasta, meats, seafood and delectable desserts. Guests will also get to discover the flavours of Uruguay at an open-fire live cooking spot, with selected specialties, including a variety of meats and vegetables, meticulously prepared using techniques from ancient pampas and various styles of cooking in high and low temperatures.
The baroque-inspired open-air restaurant, designed by the Monaco-based company, G&M Design, echoes the iconic feeling of SASS’ Monaco, with a luxurious colour palette ranging from burgundy red, black and gold on velvet and leather textures. The central lounge combines the unique elements of SASS’ AlUla and its partner Jetcraft, offering an ideal setting to relax in a remarkable atmosphere.
Throughout the winter season, guests are invited to savour the magic of SASS’ in the heart of AlUla and enjoy unforgettable festive and gourmet experiences under the desert sky, enhanced by a carefully curated soundscape by the restaurant’s partner, Bang & Olufsen, along with lively DJ performances.

Jetcraft, a global leader in private aviation has joined SASS’ AlUla to transform the restaurant’s enchanting baroque central lounge, incorporating its own unique touch.
