SUNSET 2025: Three Days of Music, Art, and Culture Take Over Monaco’s Riviera
From May 23 to 25, SUNSET returns to the beach of the Méridien Beach Plaza for its twelfth edition. This year, all eyes are on PAWSA, the London-based DJ and co-founder of Solid Grooves, who will open the festivities with a much-anticipated set on Friday. More than just a party, SUNSET has become an immersive celebration of music, creativity, and freedom – the heartbeat of Monaco’s most electric weekend. “Sunset started as a friends-and-family gathering. Now we’re curating world-class experiences with iconic artists—still rooted in our love for high-quality music, never losing the soul,” explains Cédric Houdrouge, co-founder of SUNSET.
Three days of music, art and freedom by the sea
After a high-energy edition in Miami on May 3, held during the city’s Grand Prix, SUNSET lit up Cannes on May 16 with a stunning soirée at Villa Montana, in collaboration with Le Baron. The event gathered artists, film talents and creatives in a dreamlike atmosphere, setting the tone for what’s next. Back in Monaco, starting on May 23, PAWSA sets the tone, followed by standout performances from Honey Dijon and Monaco-born brothers Parallelle, returning to play on home soil after touring the world’s biggest festivals. Salomé Le Chat, II Faces, and a handpicked selection of artists will take over the decks, from noon to midnight, across three days of pure musical immersion.
Casa Sunset: Where the Vibe Continues
A key part of the SUNSET universe, Casa Sunset returns for its second edition as a free-access space, open until 3 a.m. With its own musical programming, live Grand Prix screenings, and a Latin-American inspired menu by chefs Paola Segura and Yoni Gurman, Casa Sunset offers an experience that flows effortlessly from day to night — relaxed, elegant, and connected.
This year’s edition also features monumental sculptures by Richard Orlinski, a mesmerizing aerial show with
a dancer suspended from a 15-meter heliosphere, and immersive light design that transforms the entire
beach into a living installation — all culminating in a spectacular fireworks finale.
