The prestigious global award for the most influential personalities in the social media world honored influencers and talents at the fifth edition of the WIBA Awards during Cannes Film Festival.

Maye Musk, as the World’s Most Influential Woman, was awarded with an exclusive trophy specially designed by Richard Orlinski, a French sculptor and visual neo-pop artist who has been, since 2015, the best-selling French contemporary artist in the world.

The Grand Prix WIBA title 2023 received Domelipa, TikTok, and Instagram star with almost 90M followers, known for her choreographed lip-syncs and short vignettes of her everyday life.

The event honored many celebrities and extraordinary personalities, such as Halima Aden – the first ever hijab-wearing supermodel and UNICEF Ambassador, Kiera Chaplin – women’s rights activist and granddaughter of Charli Chaplin, Richard Orlinski – the most famous contemporary French artist worldwide, President Zelenskyy’s former spokesperson Iuliia Mendel, and others.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor, who shot to fame with number-one singles, including “Groovejet” and “Murder on the Dancefloor,” performed at the ceremony with a special program and DJ set by Richard Orlinski finished the event. Winners and guests continued the celebration at the L’Arc Club.
