Fouquet’s New York: French Sophistication at the Heart of NYC

What makes the perfect hotel stay? Is it the perfect location and comfortable rooms? Is it delicious food and amazing luxury services? Hotel Fouquet’s New York masterfully combines all of these qualities and more to give their guests’ the best hotel experience.

First opened in September 2022, Fouquet’s New York hotel blends Parisian sophistication with New York’s air of modernity. Its trendy location in the Tribeca neighbourhood only adds to its charm.

The hotel features 97 residential-style guestrooms, with each room offering the perfect blend of comfort, luxury and a unique touch of French elegance. Its suites include 65 rooms, 29 suites, an expansive Penthouse Hospitality Suite – Fouquet’s Penthouse and an exclusive two-bedroom Suite – Fouquet’s Corner Terrace Suite, which can also be combined with Fouquet’s Penthouse to create a three-bedroom residence. Each room immerses its residents in the charming atmosphere of an elegant Parisian retreat with its spacious, light-filled and luxurious interiors. The hotel’s Art Deco-inspired furniture and magnificent European-style chandeliers transport guests into a bygone era.

And the food at Fouquet’s is just as impressive. The hotel’s Executive Chef, Matthew Woolf, expertly uses his wide-ranging experience, spanning from Claridge’s and The Ritz in London to cooking at the Michelin-star Restaurant Sixteen in Chicago, to impress the hotel’s guests and satisfy their every food craving. At Fouquet’s New York, Woolf oversees all four of the hotel’s food and beverage destinations.

Brasserie Fouquet’s

One of the culinary highlights on offer at the hotel is Brasserie Fouquet’s. Located on the ground floor and cloaked in an immediately recognizable red and black colour palette, this signature restaurant is a re-imagining of the original Fouquet’s Paris combined with New York City’s unique flair of joie de vivre. Its classic Three Michelin-star menu, finely curated by Chef Pierre Gagnaire, offers timeless Parisian brasserie fare, including beloved dishes like steak tartare, escargots, foie gras, sole meunière, and onion soup, with gentle New York twists in ingredients and textures.

Titsou Bar

And if you’re in the mood for something more relaxed and exclusive, you’re in for a treat at Titsou Bar. This bar was inspired by Bar Marta, the famed speakeasy at Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris. It offers an intimate and celebratory vibe that evokes a flair of Paris of the 1920s and 30s, with a creative cocktail menu and a selection of small bites. Titsou Bar is only open in the evenings and reserved for hotel guests and select VIPs. Like its Parisian counterpart, which is hidden behind a secret door, it retains an air of posh exclusivity.

The spa offers a complete menu of rituals and signature treatments that focus on well-being and a holistic approach to wellness. The treatments are then customised for every customer’s specific needs, using products that re-condition the skin. The spa includes five treatment rooms, including one for couples, a sauna, a hammam, men’s and women’s changing rooms, a pool and a large state-of-the-art fitness centre by DOGPOUND.
