Monaco Day: The Principality Brings Its Voice to Davos at the World Economic Forum 2026

On the occasion of the 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Attractiveness Unit of the Princely Government will host Monaco Day on Wednesday, 21 January 2026, at Monaco House in the heart of Davos.

Held alongside the official WEF programme, Monaco Day takes place at a moment when public leaders, business executives, investors, experts and opinion leaders from around the world gather in Davos to address the most pressing global challenges. The initiative aims to complement institutional formats by creating space for in-depth discussions and more direct exchanges.

Designed as an intentionally selective and intimate forum, Monaco Day will focus on dialogue and the exchange of ideas around the theme “Constructive Neutrality – the Power of Constructive Neutrality.” Decision-makers, business leaders, investors, experts and creators will come together in an environment that encourages attentive listening, strategic reflection and meaningful connections.

Through this initiative, the Attractiveness Unit seeks to reinforce Monaco’s international positioning and promote the Monegasque model by fostering new relationships and long-term partnerships.

The programme will feature high-level strategic panels bringing together global leaders to address major contemporary issues, spanning economic, technological, environmental and societal topics.

Speakers who have already confirmed their participation include Pierre-André Chiappori, Minister of Finance and Economy of the Principality of Monaco; Bernard d’Alessandri, Secretary General and CEO of the Yacht Club de Monaco; Yves Bonzon, CIO of Julius Baer; David Rubenstein, CEO of the Carlyle Group; Ida Liu, CEO of HSBC Private Bank; Michelle Zatlyn, CEO of Cloudflare; Christophe Navarre, Board Member of Société des Bains de Mer and former CEO of Moët Hennessy, alongside numerous international leaders from the finance, technology, investment and industrial sectors.

According to Ludmilla Raconnat le Goff, Delegate for Attractiveness, “Davos is a unique moment when, over the course of a few days, public and economic decision-makers from across the globe converge. Monaco’s presence at this global gathering follows a simple rationale: to be where key discussions take place, to highlight our strengths, anticipate major economic transformations and identify high-potential opportunities for the Principality.”

Monaco Day fully reflects this ambition, offering an exclusive and demanding platform—true to Monaco’s culture of dialogue—where ideas can be openly exchanged and perspectives constructively challenged.
